A red title indicates a dead or cancelled project. Depending on how my day goes (read: if I beat Nocturne with enough time left to do anything else today), I might try to update the thread with the new system today.
If not, I'll get to it next weekend. EDIT 2: Updated the first post. Cleared out a bit of dead wood, and implemented my new system for the entire post. I don't have time to check all the links today, so there might be some dead links in there, especially among Noitora's old projects. I've been deliberately holding off on adding that project to the Index for two reasons: First, those games are more than 99% likely to see an English release (I even think they've been officially announced).
Second, I dislike supporting day-one translation projects. I've done it in the past, but mostly with games that are less likely to get an official localization. I think, starting now, I'm going to institute a rule that no project for a game whose Japanese release is less than six months old will be added to the Index, and no project with an announced English localization will be added unless the release is over a year old.

The purpose of fan translations is to give the non-Japanese-speaking population a chance to enjoy good games that will likely never see English release, not to allow you to play games you like a few months earlier. Day-one translations hurt publishers' sales and decrease the likelihood other games will be localized. EDIT: Updated the Inazuma Eleven 3 data, including the project headed by member='ouioui2003', which is currently on patch 0.3.
Over one year Densetsu unemployment indefinitely 'Blood of Bahamut's translation. And, as the thread is closed, I write down my doubts in this main thread. Even knowing that he is very busy and barely have time to devote to the translation, my question is about whether this project goes ahead or if he or anyone expected finish someday.
No more, receive a cordial greeting to the whole entire translation team and Densetsu too. I hope that in not too long, we can all enjoy this wonderful game.
